Return and Shipping

Customer satisfaction is our priority here at WayzoFashion.com. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your item/items were received. All refunds will include any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost on all products. Return shipping cost are nonrefundable. WayzoFashion.com does not supply prepaid return labels.

Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any issues with your purchase. We will provide you the needed information to return your products.

If you receive faulty or broken items, take pictures of the item and send it to our support team at wayzofashion@gmail.com. We will review your case and resolve it within 1-2 business days.

If the item you receive does not fit, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange. NOTE: Please verify your size with our size chart before confirming your order.

 

If you ordered the wrong item or the wrong size, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange.

 

If you received the wrong item, please take pictures of the incorrect items, item code, and the packing information and send them to our support team at WayzoFashion.com. We will review your case and resolve it within 1-2 business days.

 

If you believe part of your received order is missing, please check the shipping information on your account. In some cases, your order is shipped in separate packages. If you have received all of your packages but didn’t receive all of your items, please take pictures of the packing information and packaging slip then send them to our support team. We will be happy to help you resolve this issue.

 

If you don’t like your items, please contact our support team and we will instruct you on how to return all iteams.

Notes for Returns

Items must be returned with the following characteristics;

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In their original state with all labels, tags,and original packaging.
  • Must follow the return instructions provided.

The below Items are exempt from return:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Discounted items

There are different ways you can pay for orders.

Paying by Credit Card

Credit Card Buyers can pay securely by credit card (including Visa and MasterCard) via PayPal

Paying with PayPal

  1. You can make payments quickly and securely online with PayPal
  2. With PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
  3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you could make the payment.

Advantages with using PayPal:

  • Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
  • Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). WayzoFashion.com does not see your credit card information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal’s server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Shipping

NOTE: WayzoFashion.com at this moment only ships within the United States and the US territories.  All orders placed outside of the United States will be rejected.

After receiving and processing your order request, we will email you a confirmation notice. We will then prepare your order for shipping. We kindly ask that you give us 1-4 business days for final quality check and arrange a suitable shipment. After your packages ship out, we will send you an email with your shipment information with will include a tracking number.

Delivery date and time is determined by the shipping method selected by the customer. 

  • Flat Rate Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Standard Rate Shipping: 6 -10 business days

  • Expedited Rate Shipping: 2 – 4 business days
